From day one, it was evident that EyeCue Lab values its employees as individuals with unique aspirations. The leadership team actively encourages everyone to pursue their personal career goals, and they provided me with the necessary resources and guidance to achieve them. This was evident when I decided to transition from QA to Software Development – a decision that might have been met with resistance, but was met with enthusiasm and support here. I felt valued and I learned a lot.
Cons
I think EyeCue pays slightly less than market standard, but in my view their other offerings compensate for that.
