Pros
I think the training with them in the beginning is what really helped me the most. They offer a lot of extras the other companies just don't offer. I like the fact I can take an advance on my pay if I need extra money for something. They always pay on time. I know from talking to other models they have a great reputation. It is hard to make everyone happy of course but for good models who take the job serious they are as good as it gets. They also have a great referral program. I make anywhere from $75,000 to $90,000 a year with them working full time.
Cons
I really have nothing negative to say about them. They really do go above and beyond what is expected from a modeling agency.
