Pros
There are so many reasons that I love Exyn: 1. DEI. I have to say -- Exyn doesn't just talk the talk, they walk the walk. There are so many opportunities for organizations to demonstrate performative DEI and this is not the case with Exyn. DEI, holistically, is engrained in the conversations that occur, the policies that are in place, and in the decisions that are made.. It's an ongoing conversation, and I truly appreciate that I can bring my entire self to work. 2. Culture. One of the best elements of a startup is the ability to innovate. Employees (at each and every level) are encouraged to design, implement, try, and try again. 3. Product. Although I am biased, believe that Exyn is the best of the best! We celebrate TRUE autonomy. 4. Leadership. I'd be remiss in acknowledging our C-team as "management". They are leaders in every sense of the way.
