Pros
It's a job. Other than a paycheck, there are very few positive comments to give for this company. They work you to death and get rid of people often.
Cons
High turnover rate. They want you to put in lots of free overtime, but there are no rewards. Pay is lower than competitors and other employers in the area. They have a history of hiring and firing, but lately, people are quitting for better jobs and better pay. We have lost quite a few key employees to competitors.
