Pros
Work life balance is good. Timings are strictly followed, management don't want you to extend after office timings. Salary gets credited on time or before.
Cons
After 1-2 years no scope to learn more. HR & Accounts controller are same. Rigid HR & managers, generally don't accept any changes to make atmosphere more employee friendly. Poor appraisals.
