4yThank you for candid feedback. Great thought is put into every acquisition decision. There is an intent as to how the acquisition will support the company's direction and long range planning. And, there are also lessons learned after each one that we hope to apply to the next major endeavour to make it a smoother, easier, effective process for all of us.
