I love working at Extreme Networks. I started back in 2016 and I've been promoted 3 times out of my 4 years with the company. There's no better feeling than growing your career inside an awesome organization like Extreme Networks. This company has so many opportunities for people that just started or have been with the company for years now. I know I’m in great hands because I trust Extreme Networks to continue helping me grow my career within the organization. I truly believe with all the hard work I put in everyday there’s more promotions in my future and just knowing that my company wants me to succeed just as bad I do makes me very happy to be a part of an amazing organization. It all starts with the leadership and I’m grateful to work and learn by so many great leaders every day. The cherry on top is the people I get to work with every day and call them my teammates. We all have the same mentality of winning together. Everyone has each other’s back to make sure individually you’re winning and also as a team. I can truly say with my 4 years of experience at Extreme Networks that everyone you meet and work with truly want to see you succeed no matter what department at Extreme Networks you’re a part of. Being Hispanic and a woman I can definitely say Extreme Networks does a fantastic job with their diversity and inclusion program. Also, their woman’s program and for me it doesn’t get much better than that!
Cons
No cons, from what I've seen management has their doors open at all times. They always make themselves available to you to be fully transparent to them and they help to get it resolved no matter what it is.
