Pros
The company is growing like crazy! This is an amazing time to be a part of Extreme. Executive staff is easily accessible and very approachable. No matter what level you are at, you are noticed and appreciated. The culture is second to none. "Beer-thirty" on Thursdays brings the office together for beers, pool, corn hole, ping pong, and socializing from 3:30 until the end of the day. Where else can you do that?!? Everybody has a common goal and we all work towards it together. Can't say enough good things about this company.
Cons
With recent acquisitions, there have been a few speed bumps on the sales side of things in regards to territories and account owners because of other sales staff coming over. This has been minimal and is to be expected with acquisitions like this.
