Pros
pretty good pay, and was able to work fully remote that's about it
Cons
pushed for going back to office for any employees that were within a reasonable distance. no path for growth, but yet they add more and more responsibility on your plate with no ability to give raises. they outsource the support dept to the phillipines and require them to work overnight to match US hours rather than providing extended support hours for customers that would be normal work hours in their timezone. no work life balance for the support team overseas, which doesn't make for a good culture. lots of micromanagement going on as well.
