Small Family owned so you were rewarded for being a good employee. Got to meet a variety of people from all over and enjoy conversation. small family owned so the atmosphere was very family like and close.

The culture and turn over was very poor and ignored. Not much room for advancement. Policies and procedures change daily which got a bit confusing at times for most people. Small staff so when a person called off or called in sick the rest of the staff was really affected. Don't count on an employment history referral from this place.
