Pros
The best thing about working here for me is the work environment. The Administration Staff and my fellow teachers have been wonderful to work with. I often enjoy just chatting with fellow teachers and staff when I have down time and am not practicing. The scheduling is very flexible and there are plenty of opportunities for subbing for other teachers. We also have recitals where students can show off their progress. The front desk has been very accommodating and I greatly appreciate everything they do to help make teaching as easy as possible.
Cons
While the scheduling is flexible, it can be seasonal. My schedule tends to quiet down a little during the summer so it can get a little rough going depending on how many days someone teaches a week.
