the people are great to work with

the pay is not very much and there aren't a lot of perks

Nothing good to say about the company.

Bad salary. No room for growth. The company is very unstable, tasks keep shifting. Old people in management jobs, with old ideas, trying to keep the status quo till they retire. HR is useless. Constant layoffs, and management is not very approachable. No diversity, almost to none black people.
