Too much internal politics - Recruiter Express Employment Professionals Employee Review

Depending on which office you work for (I have experience at a few) there is going to be internal politics hands down. They offer you in depth training videos but throw you in the deep end the first chance they get, and from there it is sink or swim. I have witnessed a huge turnover rate, and a few of my close colleagues get let go for the smallest things, while others get away with everything. All in all, both offices i have worked in had the potential to be great opportunities, but petty favoritism and high school type drama were the downfall o the positions.
