Ability to work on your own with little supervision. This company gives each individual the opportunity to bring new ideas to the table that may help build knowledge in areas of management, customer service, technical support, and billing.
Cons
Not enough structured training programs to grow and develop the people but if you are self driven this should not be a problem.
