I do not need to travel more than 2 hours a day to work. - 4 Day Work Week (Gift Day) - Once you pass probation, you are given one Gift Day a week. Since the team are all high performers, a Gift Day is a welcome addition to my week to allow me to take a slow day to rest and recover. - Fun Culture- Just because we are in the Recruitment Tech business doesn't mean we can't have fun!
