Great culture and empathy from management

Long working hours when rushing for deadlines, but not very often

Most of the team were amazing to collaborate and work with. The office was located in a great spot. One of the bosses was lovely and could be flexible.

Lacked diversity. Men in positions of power. The salaries were terrible. Stress was piled on employees. There was little to no flexibility. Encouraged party culture and excluded employees who didn't participate every Friday.
