- Good pay and benefits for the level of talent in the company - Opportunity to gain global work experience - Easy to work here as there are so many resources/people in each department - Some smart and talented employees and senior managers.
Cons
- CEO's leadership, communication, and vision. Nobody's input or opinion matters. - Culture is terrible...nobody is happy - Good pay, but many are overpaid. Frustrates many of the talented employees being paid equal to those unworthy. - Many people are slacking off or coasting. Hard workers are questioned about why they work so hard. - Disorganization and inconsistencies in business direction - Most talented people who want to challenge and innovate get shunned. Most tenured employees, the yes men/women, are praised.
