Pros
You are expected to work hard and do you job but you are also allowed to go home at night. If you work for the division that is getting the most attention it's the best place you've ever worked.
Cons
Management is scattered. Everything is expected to be built from the inside. Decisions are sometimes bizarre and erratic.
