Pros
Pros: Potentially a good entry-level opportunity for high school students or people in college that dont have real expenses
Cons
Lack of Benefits: The company does not offer standard employee benefits, which is a significant drawback for long-term employment. No insurance (even though they lie about it on linkedIn), no PTO, etc. Limited Growth Opportunities: There is little to no room for real professional growth within the organization. The company does not seem to invest in or appreciate employee development. They will not promote you. Management Concerns: Management lacks demonstrable care, communication, and charisma. Leadership seems disconnected from the daily realities of employees. Seen by lavish yearly parties hosted by the CEO at his mansion while the rest of the company faces significant issues (low wages, no benefits, no professional growth, micromanagement that creates bottlenecks). No Annual Raises: Employees do not receive yearly raises, which impacts morale and retention. If they do, it will be a subpar $1 raise. Inconsistent Benefit Distribution: Certain individuals receive benefits while others do not, creating an unfair and potentially discriminatory environment (PTO, bonuses, WFH, etc.) Hazardous Work Environment: The physical work environment is concerning, with nonstop leaks in the ceiling. There is also rats, and daily occurrences of roaches. Inconsistent Work-From-Home Policy: Some employees are allowed to work from home while others are not. It makes no sense, which is extremely unfair.
