Pros
Whole organisation is full of young and fun loving people and makes you enjoy coming to work. A very strong work/life balance definitely exists here. Senior management is awesome - very transparent, insanely smart, talented, accessible, open, honest, yet modest, and appreciative of employees' contributions.
Assessment Engine is tailor made and totally customizable and not cast in stone, supported by very strong tech team - makes sales force to sell as hot cake with icing on top.
I will definitely not hesitate to admit - The Culture and Growth is second to none!
Cons
I wish the company grow at 10X speed and open branches in all major cities so that i can rejoin.
At present they have presence only in Chandigarh and Bangalore.
Long working hours but its definitely worth. The sms which we get from Kotak Mahindra Bank at the end of each quarter (towards incentive) kept me highly motivated.
As rightly said - Stay Hungry Stay Foolish.
