Not at all fair for people who get experience more than 2 year with them. Charge huge money from client on behalf of resource and give you less ofcourse. Aim on making people permanent without focusing on their growth, growth doesnt mean that you're asking about which certification you want to do, on real life work environment someone should be there to solve real challenges with you instead of having a certification. No plan for people on bench. No learning opportunities. No perks, they give you cents on the name of perk per year. No future vision of the recruiters like director, does false promises verbally for which ofcourse you won't have any record.
