Pros
Fun and open office environment. Lots of events and functions to keep you entertained.
Cons
Far too provincial and immature. Feels like a frat house at times. Disconnected from today's best practices. Nepotism occurs among senior leadership. Not exactly my picture of a meritocracy if you know what I mean. This is more of a job than a career, and the company behaves that way. If you're looking for a serious place with a solid career development track, look elsewhere. Management is too short sighted and profit focused to tackle the employee churn problem. I believe this to be an innate and permanent part of the company's identity, since this problem dates back to the previous decade. Just ask any ex-employee, and this complaint is consistent.
