For the past 12-13 months during the Covid 19 outbreak, we have been following government guidelines regarding working from home and where it was permitted to do so, some employees have worked from the office where it was either a job requirement (i.e key workers) or the employee could not sustain working from home and elected to work in the office. Offices followed strict Covid-19 safety procedures when they were open. Over the coming weeks more information will be shared around the future of work at Experian, and flexibility continues to be at the centre of our culture as we know that this is important to our people.
