Pros

The main drive of Experian is truly people-first, and they have gone above and beyond in making sure this is not just a tagline, but something employees genuinely experience. There is strong trust placed in employees to grow beyond their existing scope and explore new opportunities. Despite most of my experience being within Talent Acquisition, I was given the opportunity to support Employer Branding for the EMAP region, which speaks volumes about the culture of development and empowerment here. Leaders and teams are willing to invest their time in training, guidance, and creating the right platform for employees to succeed. Collaborative environment with continuous learning opportunities. The flexibility provided is also something I genuinely appreciate. As a mother of 2 children, having the space and trust to be present for my family while still remaining focused and committed at work has made a meaningful difference. The support and trust from my manager and leadership team create an environment where employees feel empowered to perform at their best both personally and professionally. Collaborative environment with continuous learning opportunities.

Cons

Nothing major to highlight. Like any organization, there will always be areas for continuous improvement, but what stands out is the willingness of the company to consistently listen, evolve, and strive to do better.

Pros

Good work-life balance, fair, hybrid. Opportunities if you are in business or sales. Avoid if looking for a technical career.

Cons

Experian publicly advertises that they are a technology company, but operationally if you want to move ahead, in the business and sales area is where you want to be. Very little opportunity for engineers and technical. Experian has become more of a Fintech company in the last 5 years and leaves them vulnerable in bad economies.
