Pros
Expercom is a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunity to grow. They are provided training directly from apple on how to repair products as well as how to work well with customers and co-workers. They are very fair with their scheduling and flexible as well. The pay is good, especially if you are working in their Logan location where most jobs will start you off at minimum wage. This is a great job for college students looking to gain more knowledge on the workings of computers and systems and how to troubleshoot/repair different types of systems and set-ups.
Cons
I really like the atmosphere but I feel like sometimes, upper management doesn't really listen to the people working the stores. The store I work at is extremely small and we have needed a new space for years. There are talks of moving, but the older employees have no faith in upper management because this same thing has happened in the past with no change at all.
