Pros
- Expel provides the sales team with the necessary resources (and more) to do their day-to-day job. The only way to not be successful in this position is if you don't do your job. The marketing team works directly with the sales team and they have so many resources to make the job more effective. - It is easy to stay organized with the resources given to us - Communication among everyone in the company is prominent. Executives are always in the office and willing to help where it is needed. - With every milestone, there is so much to be celebrated. The day-to-day camaraderie is infectious and everyone works hard because they actually want to, not because they have to. - Expel prides themselves on being transparent, not only in their services, but internally. There are no secrets and everything is put out in the open. - There are fun things in the office like yoga, shuffle board, food, coffee, etc.
Cons
- Sales can be tough and overwhelming if you let it get to you, but use the resources provided and you will find success - Because Expel is still fairly young, there is so much growing/learning to do among all aspects (employees, training, best practices, plans, etc.), which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
