Everyone prefers collaboration over competion The team members are all really smart people and have tons of experience in their job and the industry as most have been there for over 5 years. Most rewarding of all is Expeditors's zero layoff policy. The best tech stack is being used.

Only 26 Work from Home days in 1 year i.e. 52 weeks, meaning only 1 WFH day in 2 weeks. In some views, the mgmt seems rigid like providing no H1b work visa sponsorships and CWW (compressed work week of 4 days) is available for certain orgs but not for other orgs.
