Pros
- Good benefits - travel perks, health, RRSP matching - Nice Vancouver office space - Decent number of great hires in the lower level positions
Cons
- Toxic environment in certain departments - Most of the managers don't know what they're doing and were promoted due to seniority - Pay is not competitive and the benefits (although they're great) do not make up for it - Asks for 100% completion on annual reviews but then won't listen to any of the feedback - No work-life balance if you end up in the wrong department
