Pros

Beautiful workspace and some great clients. The job can be fun, when it's not a complete nightmare.

Cons

Realistic job description: As the only company employee in a 16-story office building, managing all operations, communications, payments, and projects, your job is to respond immediately to every request from every office client, on top of all of your regular daily tasks. Keep clients happy even though their maintenance concerns never get fixed and the sales manager promised them something he couldn't deliver. Respond to clients immediately, but if you ask upper management for support, they'll respond to you passive-aggressively in a month and a half. If there weren't major structural/HVAC issues, a 1-person maintenance team, and a sales manager who sabotages all your client relationships, the job might be doable, but still not worth the modest salary. If you don't believe me, check the turnover rate.
