Pros

Lots of snacks and good location

Cons

I felt unwanted there. If I talk I got ignored like I'm a kid trying to talk to my parent's guest that they have over. Even in our group chats if I said something is a blocker or critical I got ignored. I've been called stupid by an account manager. I got tasks taken from me and they are given to other people and I got in trouble for not logging enough time to clients but my tasks were done by someone else. I made suggestions on how to help the company excel and said what our competition is doing and I got ignored. There’s a work from home option to use rarely but when you finally use it you get in trouble. They are still figuring out what to do and how to run the company. Salary’s are horrible. Mid level employees get paid like they are interns. There’s no direction or set rules for everyone. Each employee gets their own set of rules. We were pressured to logged as much time as we could to clients and would get in trouble if we weren't billing enough time to the clients.

Pros

They offer relocation. They have a decent office with nice equipment. They are striving for good standards. This could be a decent company for entry-level people wanting to build experience.

Cons

The company is very dysfunctional and has major growing pains . Management says one thing and does another. The offshore developers don't care about much more than their paycheck. The director and managers don't care about much more than their paycheck. The owners don't care about the growing pains; and are only in business to make a profit. 2 employees had difficulty getting their last paycheck
