      Pros

      Such a positive and fun environment. The leadership dedicates time on you with training and coaching so that you're setup for success from day one. You really feel like you're part of a team and one that you want to work hard for.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.

      Nice perks Generally nice people to work with in the organisation Nice office

      Dated brand No real growth and a decent amount of turnover The CEO doesn't know how to "expand" and has an inflated sense of her brand
