      Pros

      Very friendly and comfortable working environment. Feeling yourself as a part of big family. Flexible work hours, remote working is welcome. The Competence Managers will help to develop yourself as a specialist. Various interesting projects.

      There are a some limitations for a professional growth due to the technologies used in everyday work.

      Nice coworkers, easy find your place among them

      Cons

      No clear levels of responsibility in projects, no clear guidance in projects - everything just crashes on you as a low level worker. Salary is bad, especially for designers. A very passive-aggressive atmosphere. Maybe this company was good at some point - but not so for years.
