1. You get to learn a lot of technologies.
2. People here are generally nice.
3. Resumption time is relatively flexible.
4. Constant access to superiors.
5. Friday is fun day at the office.
Cons
1. Very poor management.
2. Old and worn out furniture.
3. Poor and untimely compensation for staff.
4. If you're doing web, you would have to stick with a sparsely known PHP framework known as SMVC.
5. For some reason you must wear cooperate wear to work.
6. Poor office ventilation. The AC only works sometimes when there's light.
7. Poor internet connectivity. Just be ready to pay for your own internet to work on company projects.
8. Staff are constantly leaving due to poor working conditions which makes things very unstable.
9. They employ inexperienced people so they can overwork them in the name of training and if they pay them at all, it's not by any means enough.
