      Pros

      I worked in Reading, the leader there is superb. Good pay, great commission for big months. Offers you the chance to earn very well. A lot of freedom and trust given once earnt, I was not battered with KPIs. Fairly manageable targets which you have input on. The reading tech team I was part of was a solid unit, I know the team has trained now.

      Cons

      Poor cross selling between offices, a lot of missed opportunities. Poor integration between offices. Felt like a few too many ventures left and right.

      Thank you for your comments these have been taken on board and since the lockdown period has ended we have worked in integrating the teams across our various global offices and enforcing better systems usage across the teams. Its an ongoing process and we're not perfect but we're getting there!

      Pros

      Great people, not KPI driven like other rec businesses I have worked in. The management are knowledgeable and happy to share their experiences. They have some very strong relationships in their clients which provide opportunities for less experienced recruiters to leverage.

      Cons

      It would be better if there was more of us,
