Pros
There can be some good plays on occasionally. The FOH and Tech teams are really great, and make the bad shifts bearable.
Cons
Bosses can treat staff awfully, and throw people under the bus rather than take responsibility when they make mistakes. Lots of good people have left in the past few years because the management have made it a miserable place to work for them. There are way too many rubbish tribute acts and comedy shows on, where audiences can be horrible - the managers don't seem to care how hard this makes things for FOH staff, and don't listen when we tell them people are asking for more plays. Pay is bad, and there's no diversity - everyone is white.
