Pros
The salary is very competitive. The medical and dental plans are very good and the premiums are decent.
Cons
The 401K plan is relatively non-existent. The company matches 10% of the employee contribution (e.g. employee contributes $1.00, company contributes $0.10), and the vesting on the company portion is 6 years. Management is extremely disconnected from employees and push a lot of business development, customer involvement, and managerial-type duties down to individual contributors.
