Certain facts are kept from you until you eventually work them out, such as the incorrect advertised wage of £10 per hour (this is only if you hit certain targets, otherwise it's minimum wage). Complete lack of interest from management - 'put up and shut up' attitude. Staff scared to voice their opinion due to perception given by management that we are all disposable.
