The company has an extremely bloated management / corporate structure that in the current low priced gas and power environment is not sustainable in my view. They are a company that probably should be acquired - the potential cost savings by eliminating a bunch of corporate jobs that add little to no value would be easy pickings.
The company cares so much about diversity, that it doesn't always promote based on merit in my view.
The culture is one of title and hierarchy meaning more than competence, ability and work ethic.
