Pros
Solid benefits, great pay, and a lot of really good employees working as individual contributors and even a few really good people leaders
Cons
Good pay doesn't make for a good company. There are departments that are poorly run and have been for years. Leadership seems to either be unwilling or unable to get away from things that have historically been poorly done/run. There isn't enough human capital to support the work. They pretend to be all in for diversity, equity, and inclusion saying bring "your whole self to work" but the reality is if you don't fit into their narrative then it's a problem. Outside of engineering, there is no career path whatsoever and there is ZERO training so if you want that then good luck because it's trail by fire. Beware of the wolves in sheep clothing. STAY AWAY FROM THE SUPPORT SERVICES GROUP AS WELL.
