Pros
The owner Clayton Geiser is not only a great business person, but he a great human being. He cares about his clients, his family, and his employees. I have never had a boss that would admit mistakes and then fix them, Clayton does that. He is also very much in tune with the employee needs and goes out of his way to ensure they are taken care of. I am a man and don't cry much, I actually cried in his office once when I was having personal issues, I did that because I felt so comfortable talking to him. I got fired and it was my fault, I feel really horrible for leaving him in a bad situation. When I got my last check he included my vacation time and I know it is technically a "use it or lose it situation", he did not have to do that.
Cons
The job is very difficult and Clayton demands excellence. Also Clayton expects us to do things on our own and learn on our own time if we are lacking in certain areas. He is great at training to a point and then he makes you do it on your own. Clayton also does not hold back on being straight forward and tells you when you are wrong, sometimes I think he should be discreet about discussing mistakes.
