Respectful, high performance organization - Administrator Executive Millwork Employee Review

- Lots of opportunities for learning - Good stepping stone - Easy to communicate with each other (excludes management) - Friendly coworkers - Great Job Security due to number of jobs at any given time

- Organization of projects/tasks from management and pm's is inconsistent and overall poor - High turnover - Communication of employee expectations is not good - Not a lot of room to grow to a higher position - Management tends to almost never be here when you actually need them as they are always out of the office or on vacation

- most stuff is done in-house which is great for experience - decent work ethic philosophy (if they applied it) - mgmt is on vacation a majority of the year

- they will probably just pigeonhole you until you quit - everyone is neurotic and insecure, they will gaslight you - you are dumb, you are lazy, you will never be valuable - if you mess up, it's your fault. if we mess up, it's your fault - mgmt buys real estate and shiny new machinery instead of paying humane wages - "nobody wants to work anymore"
