Unclear expectations and directives from leadership on standard operating procedures (SOP). No written documentation on how to fill out paper work properly which are never remedied until the 11th hour only to then be changed again. Constant feeling of untrustworthiness from leadership from inability to not empower workers to be accountable for work. Micromanagement and extremely high turnover rates. Pungent feeling of frustration in the environment attributing to an unhealthy work atmosphere. Dictatorial approach to the employer and employee relationship. Constant maintaining and protection of the status quo due to fear of fresh ideas.
