Pros
Easy work outside, lots of paid downtime (free money), form close bonds with coworkers.
Cons
Scummy, sneaky and very unfair, toxic management, very unorganized, cheapskates.
Was getting basically full-time hours and our entire team was put down to "casual" without previous notice giving us less than 12 hours a week. Totally unfair.
The only trainer was on the verge of leaving several times and stopped caring about training the new hires as well as he did before so a lot of the work was shotty and incomplete which forced the properly trained employees to have to do it all.
Hires basically only foreign high-school students to take advantage of them and their situation, majority are very irresponsible and don't care about the job.
Several times I was not paid for staying late since policy is the ramp coordinator on shift must write down in the logs that you stayed late "to verify" and most of them forgot to do so very frequently unless you pestered them to remember (should not be your job to do that).
Just about everyone who starts working here will end up quitting under a year once they realize how poorly they are treated. This highly increases turnover rate.
