Agency recruiting is TOUGH. It doesn't matter where you are, it's a tough job. You'll have AMAZING days and you'll have ROUGH days, it's always an emotional roller-coaster. Be prepared. Be resilient.
It's not a 9-5 job, you're always working, early mornings, late evenings, weekends, especially when you're first starting in this industry. Once you get going you gain a better work/life balance but it's all work in the beginning if you want to be GREAT.
You have to be personally accountable to do the work. You'll need to figure out how to run your desk on your own.
Training- it was a rough go at first but as long as you let leadership know what you need, you'll get it. You can't give up. Giving up doesn't work here.
