Pros
If you're already friends with someone who works there, great for you. The mountain views are nice, I guess.
Cons
- The cliquey dynamics are suffocating with a blatant in group that has existed for years and operates like a private club disguised as a company. - Information is funneled to certain people first while newcomers are shut out not because of performance but because they were never part of the original circle. - Team lunches happen without you, decisions are made in hallway conversations, and nobody even tries to hide it. - Experienced employees slowly give up and leave because there is no way to break into the inner circle, while management pretends not to notice or refuses to act. - It is not subtle at all; the entire place runs on who you know instead of what you know, which becomes exhausting very quickly.
