I joined Exceltic with high hopes, eager to contribute and make a difference. From day one, I gave my best effort, consistently delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and actively collaborating with the team. Throughout my time there, I received positive feedback, both formally and informally, which reinforced my belief that I was on the right track.
Cons
However, despite my all my dedication and the appreciation I received, I was abruptly let go without any clear justification, with no support from Exceltic, minimum consideration and ethical commitment. The decision was not only disappointing but also demoralizing. It left me questioning the value of my hard work and commitment and Exceltic's mission & values. The lack of transparency and the way the situation was handled made it clear that loyalty and performance were not truly valued there. The experience drained my motivations. Exceltic should support an ethical commitment, recognize and support its employees, not discard them without consideration. If you're considering working here, be aware that no matter how much effort you put in, your job security might still be uncertain, being fired with no valid reason and in a horrible way.
