Pros
I first gave Excelsior a high score because of the great people and the hopeful vision I was told as a new employee. Although my new rating is lower, there are still many dedicated, caring, well-meaning people doing good work for youth who need support.
Cons
Most of upper management has not been open to discussing concerns from other leadership levels. Instead, they cover up concerns, deflect then blame other employees, and frequently 'lay off' people and close programs instead of addressing the problems or cleaning up financial mismanagement. Instead of trying HR and getting the run around, it's safer to report to the EEOC.
