      Cons

      Highly warm people about this company. It's owned by 2 old women who use favoritism. They will let you go for no reason and gas light you. Their lead rater is the CEOs favorite. The CFO is extremely passive aggressive. They will give you the job then always remind you about how much they pay you. I warn everyone about this place, keep out if you care about your mental health.

      Full benefits, lunch on some days provided, patients were very kind, some staff were great to work with,

      The staff did not have great training skills. There is no room to grow after being a study coordinator. The environment felt like we couldn't socialize or have fun with each other, just the supervisors. Management would put a lot of pressure on the study coordinator to do way too much without much knowledge.
