good starting job to get familiar with pharmaceutical trials

No room for growth after becoming a coordinator.

Full benefits, lunch on some days provided, patients were very kind, some staff were great to work with,

The staff did not have great training skills. There is no room to grow after being a study coordinator. The environment felt like we couldn't socialize or have fun with each other, just the supervisors. Management would put a lot of pressure on the study coordinator to do way too much without much knowledge.
