Pros
Flexible work arrangements if you don't work in Operations department, however it still depends highly on your superior.
Cons
Very messy system -- new management is trying to implement systems which might not be suitable for optics industry. Too many people without optics background are making decisions, sometimes not the best decisions. Also, quality department is more like a sales department with no real work being done. Management prefers workers who just follow instructions and can speak well.
